Rating is based on a casual visit and a test drive. Very cooperative staff, met with Mr. Mobarak Al Enazi (Sales Consultant) who unlike most of the salesmen at most of the showrooms actually went around to show us the cars inside out - a true salesman. He also offered a test drive at the same time which i dearly enjoyed. The showroom has all the cars, Sedan and SUV's of almost all variants which is also a huge positive point. Goes without mentioning, the cars were amazing, especially the new Touareg (300K), Teramont (130 onwards), Passat. Wonder why VW is not as common as the GMC and Toyota.

Excellent service from all the employees, from the service department and sales department, and more especially to the manager Mr. Hani and to the salesperson Mr. Zyad. Their manners, honesty as well as the way they deal with customers show their interest in gaining customer satisfaction. Seriously, they make the dealership stand out from the other automotive dealers within the country. They are very friendly and they always put their customers first. They are very knowledgeable about VW vehicles, like what makes them unique from the competitors, every single spec and features of VW vehicles, and what makes them reliable, and more. Overall great experience and If you're planning to buy a new car, then I highly recommend to give them a chance and getting in touch with them especially with Mr. Zyad, and I'm sure you will not regret it and he will not fail to serve you at his best. He will help you as much as he can to make you happy and find your suitable and future vehicle for you.

Very nice , welcoming and gentle stuff. Maintenance is very good and helpful. It's a great experience to had a VW. I hope that they provide a car cleaning after each service .
